Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Scope of Work:

Frost Solutions agrees to provide air conditioning services as outlined in the proposal or as agreed upon by both parties. Any additional work requested by the customer will be subject to additional charges.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, or credit card as forms of payment. Invoices not paid within 30 days of completion are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Warranty:

The Company warrants all workmanship and materials for a period of [insert warranty period] from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.

Maintenance and Service:

It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain and service their air conditioning system as recommended by the Company. Failure to do so may void the warranty.

Liability:

The Company is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of the air conditioning system. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the system is used safely and properly.

Termination:

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the customer will be responsible for any outstanding fees or charges.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of

The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the customer in writing.
